The Venus Pendant

Say hello to the Venus pendant, she gets her namesake from the Roman Goddess Venus. The Roman Goddess represents love, sex, beauty, fertility and even prostitution. She shares her namesake with the planet Venus who was also named after the Goddess for appearing to be the brightest planet by ancient astronomers. The "brightest" planet is also the most dangerous being covered in acid clouds. But this juxtaposition of "good" and "bad" is the important message behind this little pendant. Venus does what she wants and is a badass. Women are constantly put in a box of what they should look like, act or do and enough is enough. Let Venus remind you, you can be whoever you want to. She's not just for women, she's for all you folks who need to be freed.

This pendant has been hand-carved into wax and casted into recycled silver through the lost wax casting process. 

This pendant is handmade to order from recycled Sterling Silver (.925), it may take up to 2-4 weeks to be made and sent out. Each one is unique therefore there may be slight differences in the one you receive compared to the display images.
